However you choose to stay at the Orchards, whether it’s by motorhome, camping or caravanning or in one of our luxury holiday caravans, you’ll be delighted with our facilities.
Whether you stay in one of our caravans, Orchard House or stay in your own tent or motorhome, we’ve got everything onsite that you’ll need for a perfect holiday. There are two swimming pools to enjoy, indoor and outdoor with indoor poolside refreshments available in our garden conservatory. There are also two children’s play areas with equipment for under fives and one for older children. We also have a fully stocked shop and a takeaway food bar if you don’t fancy cooking – both open from March to October. And if you’re bringing a furry friend, there’s a dog exercising area. For touring visitors, we have our facilities centre with a launderette, showers, toilets, and a food prep area, all housed in an energy efficient building.
We are also pleased to now be able to offer our guests electric vehicle charging. Located outside the shop and reception area, guests are welcome to use our 2 chargers hosted by BMM energy. Easily accessed by the EV dot app you’ll have peace of mind during your stay knowing that you can charge your car ready for your journey ahead.
The Park Facilities Centre
Our holiday park Facilities Centre is a large central building containing all of the essentials for your camping and touring stay.
It has been built to the highest specification and was designed to be sympathetic to the landscape and to take on the appearance of a barn construction. The inside of the centre is lit by low energy light lamps which are on sensors to only illuminate when guests are in the area. The building is kept beautifully warm by efficient under floor heating.
